Founding partner of PAOLANTONIO LEGÓN CORNES ABOGADOS (2005). Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA, 1988, Honors Diploma) and Master in Business Management (MBA, Universidad del CEMA – UCEMA, 2005). He practices in all areas, with particular focus on financial markets, crypto assets and digital finance, compliance and money laundering prevention, and debt restructuring. He also has experience in national and international arbitration, and has served as an institutional arbitrator at the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, Electronic Open Market, and Rosario Stock Exchange. He is a tenured professor at the UBA Law School and teaches at undergraduate and graduate levels at other universities, in addition to being the Academic Director of the Diploma in Law and Economics of the Bitcoin Argentina NGO. He is the author of numerous books and articles in his areas of specialty. He speaks English and Italian at an advanced level and intermediate French.
