Our Team / Francisco Durán

Francisco Durán joined PAOLANTONIO LEGÓN CORNES ABOGADOS in August 2025. Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA, 2018), he completed an academic exchange at CEU San Pablo University (Madrid, Spain). He pursued a Master's in Business Economic Law at UCA (thesis pending) and obtained the Compliance Certification from Universidad del CEMA (UCEMA, 2025), in addition to various postgraduate courses in banking, financial, and corporate law. He has experience in complex corporate law, mergers and acquisitions advisory, due diligence processes, and daily corporate assistance, the main areas of his practice at PAOLANTONIO LEGÓN CORNES ABOGADOS. He is academic coordinator and professor of the Master's in Business Economic Law at UCA and author of specialized articles on corporate matters. He participated in pro bono initiatives of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association, of which he is a member. He speaks advanced English.
