Our Team / Emilio Luján Battioli

Emilio Luján Battioli joined PAOLANTONIO LEGÓN CORNES ABOGADOS as a consultant in March 2009 until 2016, and then again from 2020. Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA, 1985, Honors Diploma), he completed postgraduate studies and research at the Law School of the University of Warwick (United Kingdom, 1995). His practice focuses on public law, regulation and public services, intellectual property, and trade. He has published articles in specialized journals on international trade and intellectual property. He speaks English, French, and Italian at an advanced level.
